Tap repair
A dripping tap, a seized or stiff head, or a mixer running unevenly can often be repaired by replacing the cartridge, washer or valve rather than the whole tap. Where a tap is beyond sensible repair, John fits a suitable replacement and makes sure the isolation valves underneath actually work, so the next small repair does not need the whole supply shut down.
