Most information comes directly from you by phone, WhatsApp, email or, when it is activated, the website quote form. Ari may also receive information from another person involved in your property or job, such as a landlord, tenant, managing agent or tradesperson.

- To arrange, carry out and administer plumbing and heating work under the customer agreement.
- To keep records required for accounts, tax, safety, insurance or other legal duties.
- To manage and protect the website and business where Ari has a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights.
- To measure website use only when you consent to optional analytics.
Who information may be shared with
Ari does not sell personal information. Information is shared only where needed with service providers supporting the business, professional advisers, insurers, regulators or public authorities, or with another trade or drainage specialist involved in your job when that has been agreed with you. External services such as WhatsApp and, if activated, Google Analytics operate under their own privacy terms.
How long information is kept
Ari keeps information only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or job and for any accounting, tax, safety, insurance, dispute or legal record that follows. The retention period therefore depends on the type of record. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer or an objection to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Ari does not use customer information for automated decisions or profiling.
